Its been over a year from when I first started Cohens, went overseas just before hitting my goal (only had 8kg to go, got refeed b/c I was going overseas but never bothered to stick to that). I gave into every temptation and binge eating and could not stop eating crap. Tried lite and easy and point counting (but couldn't be bothered working out like an idiot to loose 200gms a week, so gave up that too).

Now I am 79.5 and on day 2 of Cohens. I know deep down this progam is the fastest and most effective way to shed the kgs and feel good. Going on past experience I should be back to 76 kg by next week. I know that once I get to 73 I can look good in my clothes and not feel like a fat ass.

Although I don't have clinic to report to I have the desire back and know that this forum has great people going through the same thing. The other big factor is that we want to have baby no 2 and if I don't loose this weight I will be a tank again like I was with baby no 1.

Hi KGB,
Good luck with the program, you have done it before and know how easy it is and quick it is to lose the weight.You will be down to 73 in no time, just stick to it 100% and you can't go wrong.

I find I have issues with cooking for the fam and cooking for me too. I've tried as much as I can this week to give them all Cohens meals too. Goodness knows hubby could lose about 30kg too! Kids live on fresh air so they're no real worry they sniff whatever I make and tell me it was lovely and they're full!

I did up a list of positive affirmations I read multiple times daily and have a photo of me at goal weight to focus on too... that seems to be helping to some degree .. but it is early days yet.

Tonight was really hard, I felt really hungry, I had my salada pizza and salad which was really yummy, but I wanted more. I had extra cheese, which was the only thing that I thought I could get away with. The thing that stopped me going any further is the thought of starting again and getting that zone going again. I know I am in Ketosis as I tested my self this morning. Today is day 5 so I am greatful that I got through to this stage.

We want to have baby 2 and the thought of putting on weight on top of this weight is frightening. With my first pregancy I got up to 104kg, don't want to get their again. So I better get this weight off ASAP.

I am focusing on the goal. So I keep thinking about getting on the scale and seeing the numbers go down.
 
KGB you posted in the general forum about the chicken and asparagus soup. Can you tell me the recipe as I couldnt find it on the cohen website. What did you mean when you said you tested yourself for Ketosis?
 
Ok I am back again!

I reasoned with my self that I would go back to other diets that allowed you to eat more food and a bigger variety like going back to counting points and even lite and easy, but I am so inpatient, it takes forever to even drop half a kg and you have to work out.

After doing cohens last year and getting such fast results it is so hard to be patient trying something else. Plus I gave up all exercise which freed up so much time. Prior to Cohens I was working out like mad and not getting any where.

I believe in the science behind the diet and the natural HGH, I know there is no other plan that can rid so much weight in that period of time (not even starving your self totally).

The good news is that today is day 3 and I am determined to get down to the 60’s again. For those of you that are in the same dilemma don’t be ashamed no one is perfect.

I am sure if people like Asy and Jo can do it, so can I
 
I feel really good today, the hunger is there but I am pushing through it as i know that the hunger will loose its edge once I am kicked into ketosis.

I was going to jump on the scales today but I thought I would save it for tomorrow. To keep my self focus I have been reading on the HGH and all the wonderful stuff it does in the body. There are people that spend $1000s to get the stuff injected. We can get it for free by following the Plan.
 
Today is my day off, love my long weekends (I only work 4 days). I got through another day wow. Day 5 today, it should get easier from today hunger wise, I felt the dry tongue which is another sign of ketosis. One day at a time, I only have today to get through today.

I didn't get on the scales as I didn't go to the loo this morning, so maybe tomorrow. I know things are working by my clothes. I don't know what is going on with my bowles as I have been taking the met caps. I have been trying to stay away from the dieters tea as it is a laxative and it does relax your muscles which leads to further problems.
 
Day 6. Feeling really good today, the hunger is gone!! Last night I went shopping and hadn't prepared dinner. I figured Nando was the best choice. I had a garden chicken salad which has tomato lettuce onion cap and chicken breast.

Tonight I have dinner with friends and plan to order fish or chicken or beef with salad. I am determined to stick with it. It is easier to fight at this stage then to fight to get back on the wagon again.

I belive in God and one thing is for sure, he has a better plan for me than to stay in a fat prison. I am BREAKING OUT!
 
You can do this. Keep posting in your diary. The hunger will pass, and anyway, hunger is a good feeling. Keep thinking of it as your body eating up fat, because it hasn't got the food to burn.:)
