I am very enthusiastic! Im so proud of how far I have come! Ive shed 35 pounds and gained all the confidence I used to have! My key to success was when I finally quit smoking, Yuck. It was the one thing holding me back from a healthy life! I admit I still , but its delicious and no harmful chemicals!
 
Thanks for sharing this. I want to have a healthier life and I start to eat healthy and natural as much as I can but I am allowing myself to have a cheat day at least twice a month to lessen my cravings and I lose many pounds now by having a healthier lifestyle.
