I was at 350 pounds at one point in my life and over the past year or so I've dropped down to 203 pounds.
For the last 30 or so pounds I went on a keto diet which was like yay worked great. However, I'm now stuck at 203 pounds, a lot of which has to do with a lack of energy. When i go outside to do stuff, it just hurts etc.
The other day, I had a 'cheat day' where I ate carbs, and of course, my workout was intense and fulfilling. I'm wondering if the workout being that much better with carbs in me would give me the energy and ability to lose the remaining weight I want to lose over the Keto diet?
What do you guys think?
