I'm a 21 y.o girl trying to lose 20 pounds. I've tried different diets and I was losing weight, very very slowly. So I decided to tried keto. Today is my 2nd day and I'm feeling great, no carb or sugar cravings, no keto flu.
I've been watching a lot of videos on keto diet on YouTube and realize most of those YouTubers are guys, bodybuilders. And the female YouTubers who talk about keto diets..... aren't really thin or fit. I don't mean it in a bad way.
So I'm just wondering maybe keto is a great diet for only guys and bodybuilding?
It'd be nice if girls can leave a comment and tell me about your keto weight loss results.
