Hi all!
My names Kerry and I've decided that this time I am ready to restart and COMPLETE my weightloss journey!!!
I was on cohens two years ago and went from 96 kgs to 84kgs. Unfortunatley, through all of lifes stresses, I emotionally ate my way back to 92.5 kgs!!!
Two weeks ago I restarted and went down to 88kgs until last weekend and I over ate a few nights in a row and am now 91kgs again!!! Grrrr LOL!
I wanted to start writing on these forums because I have read so many uplifting and encouraging words between you guys and I think I need that too! It will be great to interact with people who are serious and motivated about losing weight.
I had my first serious day on cohens today. So far I don't even feel hungry!
Strange..... I think my body knows it needs this weightloss too much!!
I decided not to weigh myself everyday, only on Sundays as I either get disappointed cause I haven't lost weight and I start snacking or I get cocky cause I've lost some weight and think to myself "Oh that won't hurt" and start snacking! LOL!!! Need some serious changes in my thinking!
My goal is to be 69kgs by my 30th birthday which is in the middle of Feb. Thats 15 weeks away. So if I aim to lose 1.5kgs a week I should be right! LOL! My mini goal is to be 79kgs by Christmas!
Lets see how I go!
