Keeping personal stats

Hi!

A quick question: have you ever tried to track personal stats to get motivated? I mean monitoring activities like how many bars of chocolate you eat per month or something similar? And if you have, what tools have been used to collect and analyze personal data? Thank you in advance :)
 
I use an excel spread sheet and track things like weight and measurements. I use my iPhone to track my food and activity. I use a binder and my race bibs to track my race progress and a grid like chart to teach my training plans for running.
I find it very motivating to track these things. A spreadsheet could work for you if you were into that kind of thing.
 
i even thought of doing own tracker too )))
but wife found some little thing called iKeepstats - I track my drinks with her phone and she tracks some other things
 
Have iKeepStats on my iPhone now - waaaaay easier to deal with personal activities and stuff, thanks :cheers2:
