keeping fit

Hi all, my name is sharon and im 33, i stopped smoking 5 weeks ago and feels good, ive now started to run, ican do about 3 miles non stop at a nice pace, ive come on to this site for some advice since i stopped smoking im putting weight on, im 5 foot 8, and was 9 stone im now getting to the 10 stone mark,im just gonna keep running and watch what i eat from now on as i have pigged out a bit, i want that toner body. x.x.x. :)

First off, Congratulations on quitting smoking! That was the absolute best thing I've ever done for myself.

There's a little more to it than to just keep running. You need to work out a nutrition program and an exercise regimine including moderate cardio and weigth training. Look around on the forum here for specifics, searching weight training and cardio. Lurk around, the answers are out there.
