Sport Keeping a 6-pack and eating 8000+ cal twice a week

Sport Fitness
I want to share what I have discovered with some people here. I am at a point where I can go crazy with tons of carbs and calories for 2 nights a week. I try to space it out on Tues and Fri but it doesn't always work out like that and sometimes it turns into 3 nights a week.

Here is what a week looks like:

Monday - 4 meals, 200 g's of protein, under 60 g's of carbs and around 1500-1700 cals. Heavy weight training for 1:15-1:30

Tuesday - 3 meals throughout the day. Night time gorge on ice cream, waffles, ect.. total calories for night 6000-7000 plus the 1200-1300 in the day. Weights

Wednesday - Same as Monday but added some cardio

Thursday - Same as Monday but no weights and some cardio

Friday - Same as Tuesday

Saturday - no weights and same diet as Monday

Sunday - Light weights and same diet as Monday

I've been doing it for a few months and I've been able to maintain a chiseled stomach.

I hope this helps someone.

So the moral of the story is you can over eat like a bitch twice a week and still maintain bodyfat.

Actually that describes my current state :D

A six pack? What's that? There will be a time in the future when a six pack will be removed from people's vocabulary.

On a serious not, a re-feed when dieting is a healthy thing to kick-start your metabolism.

There's more to health that BF% though. I wouldn't want to shove 6-7,000Kcals of ice cream and waffles into my body ever, let alone twice a week.

For people who are dieting a from sensible food choices is a good idea. Most people have messed with their metabolism from dieting for too long and a refeed should help.

I get my cholesterol and blood pressure checked regularly and they are outstanding. You're missing out because ice cream is so so good.

I want a girly 6-pack! (4 pack??) Not to balance one on my belly!

Unfortunetly, most of us are like the normal population, what we eat shows up. If we eat more then 1800kcals, it shows. Badly. If I were you, I'd go to my doctor. You could have an illness which means your body does not process certain types of food properly (such as an allergy to wheat) which sounds like a laugh (you seem to enjoy your 8000kcals) but long term can kill you, and not in a nice way. At least get bloods done to test your not missing out on a vital nutrient as a result, you owe it to whoever would be stuck with the funeral costs.

So exercising 6 days a week and eating huge 2 nights a week is going to kill me prematurely? Ok. I'm not allergic to wheat and I'm not special. I made this thread to offer people hope that they can enjoy the food they love infrequently and still be in great shape.

I eat ice cream, just not an amazingly high volume. To intake the kind of calories you're talking about takes a huge amount of effort for a regular sized person so what you're suggesting here is gorging on sweet and fat filled snacks on a regular basis.
I'd get check for diabetes quite regularly if you're going to be doing this

I think the human body is amazing adaptive to what ever we try and throw at it.

I would just be sure to keep a good food diary/exercise journal and get some accurate body fat measurements, so when you do hit a point where things are not going the way you wanted you can change your path.
