Sport Keep your diet simple

All,
We shouldn't be making our diet a second job. We should keep it simple old school. Eat what our great grandparents ate on the farm. I stick to these five ingredients and I'm golden. Fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains and healthy fats. You don't need to count calories, count points etc. just keep it simple.

Totally agreed!

I think one of the simplest things I did was to switch to low-cal vodka like Voli's. Didnt even hafta think about it! Even found some great drink ideas
