Kaggie's Daily Diary

Hi guys and gals, I tried to post a diary in the women’s section of the forum and didn't see many responses and/or opinions with my progress and everyday routines, so I’m starting a new diary in the men’s section.

A little information about me: I am a 22 year old female and I weigh 132 right now. Starting the forum I weighed around 127-130 (I guess I have gained muscle mass, hopefully not fat) and I'm on the quest for a perfect body. My daughter is 9 months old so I am still a little soft from her. I can defiantly tell a difference in my toning since I started working out 9 months ago. I still have a while to go considering I did not work out any before her birth.

Today is the beginning of my diary I will post my daily routines starting tomorrow.

I worked yesterday from 8-5 and had class from 5:30-8 I did not get a work out in. Nor will I tonight it is my sisters birthday and we have to go out for dinner @ 6:00 I will try to get some push-ups, Pilates, and arm rows w/ dumbbells in though.

Any suggestions of exercises I can do at home tonight will be helpful.

I will have to get something in tonight since I didn’t do anything yesterday.
 
What type of equipment do you have at home? weights? jump rope? Along with the yoga and pilates that can be done at home, I'm sure you have a chair, in which you can do chair dips. I'll try to find a pic and/or link.
