Just when im starting to get the hang of it....

I was 188 in September 4, now in November 1st im 160 pounds and im trying to get down to 140 pounds which is very possible considering how i go about my dieting and exercise.

When i was getting on the treadmill today i started getting some pain in the front of my foot, around the ankle area, but further up. I tried loosening up my running shoes cause maybe they were on too tight but i still was getting the pain, and its only on my right foot cause my left foot is fine.

I run 4 times a week, i run at 6.5 mph for 25 minutes straight and give myself a 5 minute rest. Does this anything to do with my injury, am i exercising too hard? Whats up, i hope this heals soon cause i need my exercise.
 
Do you stretch and warm up properly?

Is the pain in the shin?
