I'm not curently counting calories, but just staying away from sugar,salt, fat and extra carbs. I've been eating mainly veggies and fruit with some meat here and there along with flax bread from dempsters.(not dumpsters) Drinking a ton of water, orange juice from concentrate and V8. Exercising, walking and doing tae bo. Also bought a brand new moutain bike to help with cardio.

I'm a 25 y/o male.
It's like as soon as i commited myself and started eating good, i instantly dropped some weight. On a regular night i would drink about eight beers and have pizza or fast food. That was almost every night.
I'm ready for a change.
