Just thought I would say hi!

Hi everyone,

I decided today that I would start a weight loss program and that this time I would stick to it. I have heard great things about the support on this forum and am hoping to use it, along with a calorie controlled diet and exercise to reach my goal weight before my 25th birthday. I don't feel happy with myself and am very much hoping to change all that in the coming months. I currently weight an upsetting 166lbs (first time I have got on the scales in a while) and am hoping to get down to 130lbs.

Yeh, i can totally relate!! i avoided the scale until this morning, when i got on it i had gained 5 kgs(round 11lbs i think) since the last time i weighed myself which wasnt too long ago, maybe a couple months or so.. but im gona use this to motivate myself insted of letting it get to me! positivity :p
 
Thats what I was thinking! Finally time for a change - I hate avoiding the scales for weeks and weeks on end because I know I have been eating badly and not exercising - then you get on them and realise the horrible truth that you have put on loads of weight and been kidding yourself that eating an entire large size pizza wasn't actually bad for you!
 
Totally! thats exactly what i do!! and then when i do hopp on the scale and its not wat was expected then theres always those excuses like 'oh its porb broken' or 'well im wearing all my clothes and i just ate' or something..hehe
