Tonight i got the gym earlier than normal and did a decent upper body workout for an hour.
i got home and planned to have my normal chicken + houmous + pile of veg. But me mum had cooked and there was 3 sausages, potato and veg waiting for me.
Now i had 2 tablespoons of mashed potato, as i'm try to cut out Post WO carbs. The sausages were decent one, not the hot dog or cheapo crap, so im not going to feel too guilty about them (someone reassure me, quick!)
But im still hungy an hour and a half on. Really hungry.
Today ive had
1. Bowl Bran flakes w/almonds and raisins (usual oatmeal but i was rushed)
2. Apple, pear, whole egg + 2 whites scrambled
3. half can soup, chicken breast with houmous, orange
4. Full tin Tuna in Pitta Bread
5. banana
6.Post WO shakes (32g protein)
7. Sausages, mash, veg
Whats causing the hunger? if i had done my usual HIIT intervals or swimming i could understand.

Sod it im off to have some nuts.
