Just starting out questions

Hey everybody! I just have a few questions that I need answered from some people who have some experience in this field so to say. Well, I am 23, 5'2, and I weigh 101lbs. I have a daughter that is almost 8 months old. So, I have been running/jogging for up to 25 minutes a day, and now am trying to incorporate some types of strength training or weight training into my daily routine. The problem is is that I dont need to lose weight, I just want to tone my body. I am doing basic lunges and squats, and crunches. I do some workouts with a chair for my arms. I am just wondering what you guys suggest.

I eat very healthy, but Im just not sure what I need to eat to gain muscle mass, or if Im doing the right things to gain muscle. My stomach is pretty flat, and I dont have much fat, just a little loose skin. The ab workouts I have been doing have made me so sore, I dont know if Im supposed to push through it and keep doing them everyday, or just give it a rest, because I can still run/jog without problems... I guess I just need some advice, and maybe some encouragement.

show us your program mate... it's hard to imagine what you occassionally do...
frequency? reps? how many sets and why are u doing that? u have a brief idea yoruself?
 
You received perfectly good advice (from Stangelj and Dougster) in the last thread that you started about the same exact thing. Why so many threads?
