Hey, I just started watching what i eat not long ago, and I just have some questions about my meals throughout the day..
here's how it looks for me:
breakfast: bowl of toasted oats/wheat fuls with fat free/skim milk and a sliced banana thrown in
snack: boiled eggs or just a whole wheat sandwich with a slice of turkey
"lunch"(this is actually what would classify as my dinner, content wise): long grain white rice w/grilled chicken breast/tenders(3pcs, small size) or tuna, + lettuce, carrots.
snack: apple/banana/grapes
"dinner": whole wheat sandwich w/turkey or quick oats
and later I might eat an apple or a bagel if I stay up too late. Now I've read a lot about how I shouldn't eat too few calories so I started eating those snacks in between meals..now I'm wondering if I'm overeating too much and if I'm getting enough protein/fiber. I'm not doing much exercising right now since I'm in the process of moving so I don't want to subscribe to the gym just yet. I was around 340lbs last I checked(thanksgiving..).
Sorry if these threads are redundant but I can't really ask my family/friends..they haven't a clue about any of this.
