Sport just started working out

wasup fellas...i just started working out about 2 months now.i am 15 years of age. i weigh about 140. my height is 5'8. i just wanted to know what is the best protein drink to help me out build muscles?? please help i appreciate it!
 
truthfully protein food will do a better job for your muscles than a protein drink, despite what the ads in the magazines scream. but sometimes we cant get enough protein from food so we have to use protein drinks to fill in the gaps. thats what they're used for.

personally i'd shoot for either a milk/egg blend or just a milk blend (whey/casein). or if you want to be cheap like me, you can get a straight whey powder and mix it with milk. ;)
