Hey guys i just started, im about 190 and want to get down to 160 or less, im going to run 2miles a day and 50 sit ups and push ups, plus the diet which ive already been on for a while now, you think this is a good routine?
 
sounds like you're on the right track... just as long as you don't over do it I think you'll be fine.

It sounds good, as long as your diet is a healthy on, you will lose the weight
