just started add weights

i work out at home and have just started adding weights to my exersice program. i do this ever other day, is this enough or do i need to do this everyday.
 
Are you doing full body workouts, meaning working every muscle group in one workout? If so, you should not do this more than 3 times a week. Rest is just as important as the workout itself. It takes muscles time to recover after strength training.

no i am doing just some different streching with the weights. i am starting out small and i will be adding different things to it.
