Just some questions....

So I just had my 3rd baby 3wks ago. Im dying to start working out and get back in shape. I find my problem isn't motivation to get to the gym. As I just joined one on the 18 of august. I was doing good and went aug 18-21. But then my babysitter went on vacation this past wk so I can't start back up until the 1st. But while I was going to the gym I was doing pretty good with watchin my calories and what I ate. But since I haven't gone in a wk I've kinda fell off the wagon. Im curious how everyone stays motivated with watching what they eat? Also how long after going to the gym do you start to see results? Just going for those 4 days I didn't see a diffrence but I definatly felt sore like I was working my muscles. I also plan on going to the gym 5 days a wk mon-fri take weekends off as I won't have any babysitters. I currently weigh 140lbs. I am also breastfeeding. Id like to get down to 110-115. Im also 5'4". My pre preg weight was 132lbs and I only gained 28lbs. Id just really like to know how soon did people see results after going to the gym?

It's a lifestyle change for me - so it's not a big deal...

Just make sure that what you're eating is interesting to you - healthy does not mean boring - get creative with flavor...
 
well since your nursing you need to make sure you are getting enough calories. Dont forget that while your working out and trying to lose weight. You will need alot of calories and will continue to need more until you wean your baby off.
It depends on the person.. I started seeing results after a month. Also remember it took you 9 months to put on the weight give yourself at least 9 months to take it off.... My son will be two next month and I have just recently tried loosing the baby weight. I didnt care before but I do now..
