Hello!!

I'm new to the forum. Joined looking for a place to rant during my weight loss journey (can't talk to my friends/family too much. I think they're starting to get annoyed and/or tone me out...T-T) , learn about things to help my journey, and help others as well.

My current issue is that I'm plateauing, I think. I can't reduce my food calorie intake anymore (mostly cause I end up hunger and/or I can't get myself to resist food anymore). I believe I found the right medium.

I did look up my TDEE so I think I'm good. I think I'm in need of a more exercising?
 
Welcome, looking forward to hearing more details. Sounds like your plateau is very frustrating but your idea to add more exercise is good.
