Just planning to lose some weight

Hello there,

this is waleed, a guy who has just plan to lose weight, although i was fit in my early days but then i gained weight. Now i have gained a lot of weight and have decided to cut fat from my body.
What to do ? how to achieve this goal.......what i have heard is that you need balanced diet and workout schedule .

please suggest me easy workouts that are doable at home and diet plan accordingly ......

Hi waleed and welcome,
You've not really given any info so I'll keep my advice broad too. I'd start out to looking at low sugar nutrition plan and full body strength training regime every other day. Happy be be more specific if you have questions. Good luck buddy!
