I just moved from Arizona to California and Im living with my brother who does not have any weights in the house. He is a non smoker so I quit smoking cold turkey and heard that working out is excellent for helping to quit. I worked out in High School while playing hockey but I had a full weight room at my disposal.
I am currently 26, 6'1" and 277 pounds. I carry all my weight in my stomach and thighs. I would like to cut down body fat but I get bored of repeating a single cardio routine.
Edit: I am serious about losing weight and sticking to a routine but I would like to know exactly where to start. I would like to build muscle mass but the cardio needs to be my priority.
