Just joined....

The company I work for opened an awesome gym in my building in March... I've been lifting off and on for the past 15 or so years but this is the longest I've gone consistently in quite a few years.

I try to go at least 4 days a week and usually get there 5... my original focus was solely on weight training but now I'm starting to get into cardio to drop some body fat.
