Hi, my name is Donna. I am in Louisville, KY. I just got the balloon placed on Thursday at noon. I am into 4 cups Pedialyte, water, zero cal. And 1/3 protein shake. 13 cups yuck out orally. Not counting south of my boarder but nothing now but orange colored or golden orange liquids leaving down south.
I weighed 338 lbs at surgical procedure. Due to severe knee injuries, turned bone on bone and severe back n neck degeneration, I could not exercise up to my metabolic need. I also have severe edema. But, being in bed resting for five days after balloon took edema down. I did NOT take my lasix pill. I have tried to just have water n Pedialyte. Have not thrown up today. So happy.
I am 51. I was a teacher, an advertising exec., In radio and news. I was also a divorced mom of two who are grown, with kids and I am remarried to a great guy I knew back when I was a pre-existing in church.
I am Baptist but am really a non-denominational at heart. I am a Republican but wish I could shake my party and change em. I love President Trump, Trey Gowdy, Jason Chavetz, and The Green Bay Packers.
I have best friends who are GAY, LIBERAL, DEMOCRATS, BLACK, HISPANIC, ASIAN, ATHIEST, ETC...but I will disagree with them on many political , religious or ethical/moral ideologies but I STILL LOVE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
I HATE FAT. I HATE PAIN.
I HATE ABUSERS, LIARS, MURDERERS, THIEVES.
BUT....IT IS BECAUSE I LOVE ME I HATE FAT N PAIN. I LOVE WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO ARE ABUSED IS WHY I HATE ABUSERS.
IT IS BECAUSE I love truth I hate lies, and because I love God I hate those who would take away what God gives and loves.
I have two granddaughters, one grandson, a grandson on the way...and two step granddaughters who are 1/2 Vietnamese. I have a daughter I claim: From Philippines/Usa and her two children who are mixed with.... Guatamala/African American/ and Philippino blood.
My husband is 63. We are retired and I am disabled. We are Christians who enjoy documentaries, old movies, music, antique cars, ancient manuscripts, figure 8 races, Shakespeare in the Park, and our grandkids.
I want help on food, sleeping tips, anything with Gastric Balloon.
Plus I am Hashimottos/ Hypothyroidism...FIBROMYALGIA. ARTHRITIS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY. CARPAL TUNEL, MIGRAINE, SEVERE KNEE AND LUMBAR PAIN, .
