I think I'm doing great. My eating habits are immaculate.If I'm in a position of eating something not great for me then I eat less of it but enough to get rid of hunger.I don't eat junk food or candy but mabey once in every 6 months.Alchohol once or twice a year.I love vegetables . Fruits seem to be the tougher one-why I don't know.Water I'm getting better at it. Now I average approx. 6-10 cups a day.
 
Sounds like your'e on the right track!!! Try drinking natural fruit juices or making smoothies with frozen fruit. It makes getting them in easier!
