Sport Just getting rid of the pooch stomach

Sport Fitness
Hey all, i think i have a pretty clean eating plan and just wanted to know if i could keep up with this and get rid of the pooch. I have changed from a counting calorie to just a counting clean food diet (well not diet) but you get the idea kinda.

My meal plan is as follows.

7:00am
0.5-1 cup oatmeal in milk with tad of natrual honey + 2 eggs + Penut Butter

9:00am
1 Protien bar

11:30-12am/pm
Large Garden salad with Chicken

3:30pm
Large apple + small handfull of almonds unsalted

5:30pm
Brown rice large handfull + lots of veggies + chicken breast grilled + salad garden + small blob of gravy

8:30-9pm
1 teaspoon of penut butter

I will start to tweak this out after i had read some topics for example about getting good quality penut better. But this must be better than just smashing down maccas all the time and other naughties

My fitness currently has dropped off from 4-5 days at the gym to just cycling 4-5 days a week with 2 rides a week @ 70km at a cycling pace as i race on weeks. When i check the bike computer i burn between 1400-1600 calories on these rides so they are pretty high impact.

I am thinking about starting back at the gym and maybe swimming. I am happy to eat the same thing everday which i heard is not bad for you so will this do. I know that i will have to up the amount of food i eat :costumed5:
