I was just wondering, if you don't do any cardio during the day and just situps, squats and all the rest of it.. Will that help toning or do you have to do cardio in addition to make some sort of difference?!

It's just that I'm on a gym program and i dont really go on the tredmills i just really use weights to tone. but if i do cadio it's high intensity for a short amount of time to keep up my fitness.
 
yup, especially if you are doing high reps because you are basically getting a cardio workout ... every little bit helps
 
Ah, thats good cause the days i dont go to the gym i might do a few sit ups and that. I thought that it was a waste of time and wasn't doing anything..

I know differently now
