Just Coming Aboard...Need Motivation

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this site...I have been reading Fitness Magazine and working out hard since Jan 06..I've lost about 15 -20 lbs but still haven't reached my dream weight (or body). I seem to be falling into a slump and need motivation to stay on track. I still go to the gym at least 4 times a week but I'm getting bored. Any advice??-lucky828

Search around here for a while. There is plenty of info to motivate you.

Congratulations on losing the weight so far. Bored?? Try switching up your routine and find something new and interesting to keep you stimulated.
 
Hello!!

If you are getting board, find an activity that you enjoy and/or something you can do with other people. Racquetball, a fitness class, biking or jogging w/a friend or family member.
