just bought "Super Squats"

i just bought super squats off half.com. it is a book that basically describes the brutal 20 rep squat routine and perhaps more. only 8 bux :)

cant weight to read it.

it basically claims to allow you to gain "30lbs of muscle in 6 weeks". personally, i do not believe it to that extent. that would be absolutely amazing.
but i believe the routine works(improving strength and muscle) because of all the good things i heard from it.

does anyone have any other excellent book reccomendations that could present me with further knowledge about lifting or conditioning(besides NROL)?

I kind of want to get Magnificent Mobility by Eric Cressey, which, by the way is 20% off on his site until midnight tonight.

Don't know if I'll buy it though.
