Just Beginning

Hello!! I'm Pepper, and I am very new to the whole forum thing, but am really looking forward to it.
I am wanting to loose about 50 pounds. Mainly, I want to loose the weight because I play many sports, and it is difficult being the only one weezing after a few minutes of working out. I would like to get in shape, and just improve my body's health.
My biggest problem objecting my weight loss is Portion control. I love food. Obviously. And I admit it. However, in order for weight to come off, I have to reduce the size of my meals. I have done it before, and I have been trying it for about the past couple weeks...Its definately a challenge, but I am up for it!!

Anyone who has any suggestions or comments, feel free to post!!

Hi, and welcome. Even though I am a newbie too :p I have too lose a bit more than you but 50 is my temp goal.
 
Hey there- you've come to the right place! You should go over to the diary section of the forum and start one of your own. Everyone on this site is great and really helps get you motivated and hold you accountable.
