Just an introduction

Well started "basement benching" about 10 years ago with the help of creatine and weight gainer went from 165 to 215 rather quickly problem was it was all upper body.Now after 3 years of couch potato the error of my ways has caught up with me back problems etc...Ive recently joined a gym and plan on doing this workout thing correctly this time.I know it wont be easy but, it will be easier having access to people who have far more experiance than I do.
