Just a thought - also amzing manifestaion

I was running. I was assed after interval training.

Been reading a book on Zen meditation. I sat down and spent 5 mins resting my mind, focusing on my goals, visualising a lean body and lots of money.

I got up and started jogging, and my body had completely recovered.

As I jogged around the oval I noticed a guy with small cones set up along the oval.

He was doing interval trying, 200m sprint, 3 min rest. 200m sprint, 2min rest, 200m sprint, 1 m sprint. Up to 13times. I was able to push out three sprints, and I went home.

That is all.
