Just A Few Questions

Hey, I just had a few questions.

I'm not overweight (I'm 13, 5'3, and 95 pnds) but I have some fat covering up my stomach and waist. I was wondering if when you hit your growth spurt that fat would melt of. I've been trying to get rid of it by running a few miles five times a week (granted it's not very fast but...) but it's still there. I'm not that worried about it but I was hoping it would go away so I could see how much improvment I've made on my abs (I've been doing 150 everyday for the last two and a half weeks).

Thanks
Thomas

I think whilst growing that fat wont melt off as such but will have to stretch and spread across a larger surface area making appear as if its gone.

I think one way to get rid of this fat is to change your diet, i think lowing the intake of carbs and increasing the intake of protien will help remove it, because your not taking in as much carbs then your body will be forced into using your fat as energy (stored energy) and will gradually start to break your fat down into energy and will use up some of your fat making it go away.

Hopefully i have helped you, i aint too certain if what i said was true tho.

I am only 15 so my scientific knowledge on this isnt too good.
