Just a few questions about losing weight

Hey their, I was woundering how I can lose weight and gain strength at the same time, would I lose weight if I went jogging a lot? or just playing any sore of sports...................

Also is it possible to eat food such as chips with something like fish and burn off all the fat that you gain?

Also I have been drinking coke, it has made be put on some weight, but will I just lose this as it's basically cells in my body that are acid cells.........

losing weight is simply burning more calories than you consume. thats it. nothing more dramatic than that.

doing cardio and lifting weights helps you to burn calories and to strenghten muscles.

a good dietary lifestyle is key. choosing the right foods will make the process that much more efficient.

protein foods
lean red meat, turkey, chicken, fish, cottage cheese, milk, eggs

complex carbohydrates
sweet potatoes or yams, brown rice, veggies, beans, fruits, whole grain bread, cereals and pastas

fats
oils, flax seed, fish, natural peanut butter

try for small meals more often during the day, say every 3 hours.
