Hello I was thinking that it would be breat to have a challenge that last for the whole summer since alot of people myself included tend to relaxe there effort in the Summer! Here how I will do it! I will weight in on June 1st and then write what amount I want to loose by the first of each month. Also I want to have a fitness challenge! at the moment I am able to do like 3 pushups in a row by the end of summer I am aiming for 20 or more.....Who is in?
 
I'll take you up on it.. thought I could do it on my own but I spent more time NOT dieting and exercising than I did dieting and exercising.


But, no use crying over spilt milk. I can maybe get out 1.5 push-ups. I have very weak arms, could leg press almost 200lbs, but could barely bench press 60lbs.


So that's my goal, other than the weight loss, to be able to bench press 1 set of 10-15 reps of at least 80lbs. or as near to it as I can get.


See you June 1st. Lets hope this is my last time on the merry-go round and I get it right this time.:seeya:

I weigh 273lbs right now, which is 125kg


My target by september is to be 10kg lighter which is 22lbs. (1st 8lbs) im being really realistic because im unsure how much i will loose in that time so anything more than that is bonus!


I need looooads of motivation so any you can give me is much appreciated!

Hey i guess i just didn't see this forum, but I started June 1st at around 280lbs.

My summer ends a little earlier than September so my cut off date will be August 14th (my birthday)!!

My goal for the end of July is 240lbs, right now I'm at 262.8lbs and I will reach 260lbs by July 1st. We will see if I can push myself to reach this goal!

As for my fitness goal, I really don't want to make pushes my goal until I get back to school where there is a gym I can lift free weights. Right now I do a lot of cardio so my fitness goal is to be able to run a mile in under 10 mins.


I hope someone else does this with me for support and to share ideas, but I am strongwilled and will pull my over weight issue around.
