Hello I was thinking that it would be breat to have a challenge that last for the whole summer since alot of people myself included tend to relaxe there effort in the Summer! Here how I will do it! I will weight in on June 1st and then write what amount I want to loose by the first of each month. Also I want to have a fitness challenge! at the moment I am able to do like 3 pushups in a row by the end of summer I am aiming for 20 or more.....Who is in?
