Let's try to lose 2 lbs per week for June!
Feel free to change the weigh in dates to suit your needs. Don't worry if you don't lose 2 lbs in a week, lose as much as you can!

I'm in, lost about five pounds last month. Not bad. Gained two back in the end, but still lost five, nothing to cry over, only something to celebrate, going to make this month good.. I am in!
