Jumping Out Of Bed

Hi,

I am curious to know your thoughts on this...

When you alarm goes off in the morning, which of the following to you think is best for your health / well being (short term or long term)

A - jumping out of the bed immediately and getting read for the day ahead
B - hitting snooze on your alarm, then eventually getting up to get ready for the day ahead

Looking forward to your thoughts on this... thanks in advance

I think it depends on the amount of overall sleep you get and the quality of that sleep. I'm not sure that getting out of bed right away or hitting the snooze really directly affects your health... I think it would have more to do with other lifestyle habits that cause you to sleep in or not.
 
i like to hit the snooze button a few times..but sometimes i get up right away and it feels really good after i'm ready. but, as stated above, i'm sure it depends on how much sleep i get.
