jump roping

Jump rope is an excellent exercise. I believe it's just as good, if not, better than running. Really great for your calves, legs, and forearms (especially with the heavy rope). It's also fun and enjoyable to do with other people. Great versatility with the jump rope too, including speed rope, double unders, heavy rope, etc. Try to jump for about 30 mins at least. I used to be pretty good at rope skipping in middle school. =D

i need to start jump roping ><
 
I duno about how long it would take, but i say if you just 200 skips, rest 40 secs do another 200, and so on about ten times, So 200 reps and 10 sets.
 
yea im also doing into to increase my endurance for wrestling and stuff...but i didnt how many i should do or what
