I'm starting this thread with the hope that some of you will join me on this crazy journey....It's simple , each week we come in here and record our weight, we should each pick a goal to aim for and so that we can all be accountable to each other ,

This is similar to the "June Challenge - Lets get sexy for summer" thread that was running so I hope everyone there will continue to join in here, I've found throughout June that the weekend was always my downfall, bad food and no exercise , so I've decided that my weigh in day is going to be on Sunday each week for July; I hope that some of you will join me in this challenge for 4 weeks in July,

I'll start off

July 5th 199.7 lbs
July 12th
July 19th
July 26th
August 2nd

My Goal for This month is to lose 15lbs, ie approx 185 lbs.


Lets use this thread to support each other and hold ourselves accountable for our weight.

Please feel free to pick anyday for your weigh in, we can each join into this challenge, it doesn't have to be Sunday, what ever suits you!

I don't really set goals for myself anymore, but I'd love to be in the 160's by the end of this :p

Hi!

I'll lose weight with you! I usually weigh myself every day, though I know it's probably not the best thing in the world. It would be better to get a weekly weight. So I'll post my weekly weigh-ins on here, starting today. I'm 5'4" and 137.5 lbs. as of this morning, and I'm hoping to lose 7.5 lbs. by Aug. 2nd to make it an even 130 lbs. Sound good to you?

This is the first time I'm going to proclaim my success/failure to anyone other than myself... so lets all partake in some delightful success come August!!! :p
I'll be heading to Melbourne on the 7th August, with some cash saved up.. i'd love to come back with some nice new FLATTERING clothes - a size smaller than now!!! :D

Hey, hasn't been my best week, but not my worst either, had a bad day monday, late night munchies ended up with big bowl popcorn and m&m's!, I actually felt quick sick afterward though!

Exercised monday and today, and have been eating healthily since monday so hopefully will have a loss by Next week!

How's everyone going?
 
Good to hear you're back on track sk24.

this weeks been going so far so good. did weight training on Monday and Wednesday and cardio tuesday and today.

been keeping the eats clean too. Just had some black bean soup with veggies and a chicken breast. Looking forward to weigh in.

Yay - actual progress!!! :p
Though last night I had a few drinks :S - hopefully that didn't put too much of a damper on my work over the last week!

ate pretty clean for most of the week, but beer got the best of me this weekend.

Well, I gained 2.5 lbs, but I know I've been retaining water, and I did over indulge a couple days. Well, hopefully I will be back to 212 next weigh in.

Yayyyyyy!!!! :p I'm so thrilled! I've eaten chocolate and randomly unplanned meals all week but have managed to drop 700g! I guess it would be because of the treadmill exercise i've been doing the last two weeks. It's nothing major - just 200calories a day which is roughly 40 mins of walking at 5.5kms per hour in elevation level 2.

:p looks like I won't make my goal, but any progress is awesome in my opinion!!! :p Hope you all progress also! ^_~x
