Sport Juice + Diet?

Sport Fitness
Most juices that are sold around in stores and food markets are loaded with sugar... and those that arent are loaded in sodium... Is it still healthy to drink juices on a weightlifting diet?

I dont bother with fruit juice. The good stuff is really expensive. Juice is not really that good for you. The healthy parts of the fruit are usually the skins which are removed from juices.

eat fruit...don't drink it. on a bulk a little juice can be helpful in calorie intake, but when cutting, avoid it.
juice has as much sugar as soda.

I honestly think people are better off not drinking anything but water. (of course with the exception of properlly made and moderated work out shakes.) You're better off just eating an orange, at least it has fiber to help digest the (natural) sugar.

what about drinking milk? i know it has a lot of fat, but other than that its great before bed, and it has like 8 grams of protein every cup. I am new to this, so i am probably wrong lol, but i though i might give it a shot :)

Milk has sugar and depending on your goals may not be a good addition to your diet. I used to drink a lot of milk, but I cut it out so much and moved PWO shakes to water based. I drink a cup of chocolate in the morning, but other than that, none.
