ive been losing weight for about 5 and a half months and ive gone from obese to chubby but im right at the point to where 20 pounds would make a world of difference

so i heard about this all juice diet you do for 2 weeks and it makes you lose 20 pounds but sounded kinda crazy so i modified to apples bananas and lemonade and water 2 weeks do you guys think that turning my cardio down a bit which ive been overdoing and doing this would help me lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks

the reason i need to lose it in such a short time is because my gf and me will be going out soon and havent seen eachother for around 6 weeks and last time i impressed her so i really wanna make the jump and stun her

yeah....no.

First off, the safe amount of weight to lose a week is around 1% a week. So unless you are 1000 pounds, you are hurting your body. Heck, think about it. Unless you have a ton of water weight (I doubt), you are going to have to have a calorie defict of 35000 calories a week. Think about that?

Look, I know you want to look better before then but don't do it. It's not worth your health and the chances of you losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks are slim to none. You are screwing up all the good work you have done so far. Continue the right dieting and working out. Don't overdo your cardio, don't overdo your diet. You are doing just fine.

by the way i have been drinking to much water i have noticed it i kinda go overboard because i was trying to get rid of my addiction to soda so i did how much water is normal in a day for a 5 11 male

It's still not healthy. I know the impulse to push harder than you should to get what you want faster. Fight against the urge. This isn't a race.

Let me put it this way, wouldn't your GF be proud of what you have done already and prefer you don't starve yourself and do harm to your body? Trust me here, stick with the good work you are doing and don't try to fall into these diet scams. Will you lose weight? yeah cause you won't be eating anywhere enough calories. You will gain it right back (maybe worse) when you get off it.

The answer differs based on the person. Look at your urine. If it is darker than a pale yellow then you need to drink more. You are aiming for pale yellow to clearish.

^ This is why I don't recommend it. Not because it doesn't work, but because it isn't permanent (as Jericho said, the weight will come right back the minute you eat anything, and probably faster than before). Crash diets only damage your system. They're not a sustainable method of weight loss.

mines completely clear lol it has been for 3 months

You're not going to drop 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks even if you eat absolutely nothing. Say you use 2k calories a day, if you don't eat anything over the course of 2 weeks, you'll lose 8lbs. But probably if you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down by as much as 40%, so you may only be using 1200 calories a day instead of 2000, essentially halfing your weight loss. And by the way, this won't be all fat loss either, you'll be losing precious muscle mass (which you likely are already since you don't seem to be eating protein) that is so important for a man to look attractive.

You could lose 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks if you worked out full time, essentially a 9-5 day of running. But unless you're an athlete with no job or other commitments you won't be able to do this.

Why do you want to drop 20 lbs so fast anyway? Losing weight that fast is not healthy and can give you loose skin. If you want to impress your girlfriend it's better for you to work out and build muscle and stamina.

The advantage of a vegetable diet is that the increased amount of fiber and water content allows effective and efficient weight loss without causing hunger pangs, by providing a sensation of fullness which prevents overeating.
