You know how people suggest that you do certain workouts on certain days so that you don't overwork one part, and also don't neglect the others? See if you can do that between your responsibilities too! I have a very similar set up, but rather than church, I have a team that I'm a part of that has regular activities and competitions, but always on the same days. So basically, my schedule looks like this:
School: Mon-Fri mornings and early afternoons
Work: Tues & Thurs evenings, and Sat morning and early afternoon
Team: Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat evenings
I have at least a couple hours between school and either work or team meetings to do some studying or exercising, and all of sunday to either relax, or catch up on homework. All in all, I find that its just full enough to keep me from being bored, but not so full that I am pulling my hair out in stress (though during exam week, some things have to give and I'll book time off of work and the team to focus)
So basically, what I'm saying, is figure out what your schedule is like now, and then when you apply for your job, make sure that you are upfront about the expectation that you can only work this day or that day, but not these days. Most places that hire students are very understanding about this.
