Journey to a Fitter Self

Recently after losing 30kg (roughly 65 pounds) of weight i am thinking its about time to start getting some muscle and tone to myself im looking pretty flabby still so here is my Journey.

Ive only got Dumbells so im pretty limited as to what weights i can do..but im a weakass as it is so once ive outgrown these i will purchase a BB with some heavier weights, or maybe go to the gym..who knows.

Bench Press: 4x8@65lbps
Squats: 4x10@55lbps
Bent Over DB Row: 4x8@35lbs
Leg Lifts: 4x15
45 Minutes Cardio (high paced walk)

Will Post again after every workout.

I know its small weights but youve gotta start somewhere right.
