I weigh 86kg now and I'm feeling awful about my body. I want to go down to 52kg, which is on the lower side of the normal range of BMI for my height.

I tend to create a lot of excuses to eat junk food and to not exercise, and I want to change that. My plan at the moment is:

1/07 to 10/07: 1000 cal/day, 7-minute workout, using the treadmill when possible
11/07 to GW [around January 2019]: 1200 calories/day, exercise everyday

I don't want to stop if I cannot follow it strictly, so my backup plan is cutting calories from the days following a binge, and exercise more following days I cannot exercise. It's ok to fail one day, but I am not allowed to let it become two days in a row. I also plan to learn more about Keto diet and follow it if it looks doable.

Ended up not doing it because of many reasons. I will be doing Keto intermittently until next Wednesday, when I start doing it full time. I will also step up my exercise regimen. I plan to post everyday to keep myself accountable.

Keto does not work part time, it takes weeks for your body to fully adapt to a keto lifestyle so each time you eat non keto food, that adaptation time is increased.

Not sure about the keto journey. For me the important thing has been coming back here to help me be accountable to myself. I've been posting for quite awhile with some breaks but I always come back. My approach Is somewhat unconventional but it works for me. And the important thing is I keep coming back. So I don't think it's as important what I do but that I keep coming back. So my advice would be keep coming back. View attachment 26355
