Journal [STARTING]

Ok, well i've always been a chubby kid. And i still am. So as of today, i'm going to go on a workout routine. I have a lot of time on my hands right now, since i finally got homeschooled. I'm going to loose this weight.

If theirs anything i can change to improve, please let me know. Thanks!

Nutrition Rules To Follow:
No more Chocalate
No more Soda, only water or juice
No more junk food all together.

How i usually eat:
Well, since i'm on a cutting diet. I'm trying to loose weight mainly. I keep it below 2,000 calories per day.
So this is how i usually eat.
Time:9:00 Breakfast=bowl of cereal(preferably cheerios)
Time:1:00 Lunch=Whatever my mom cooked from before
Time:6:30 Dinner=Whatever my mom cooked
No eating passed 7:00 for me.

Age: 16
Weight:164
Height: around 5'6? Not exactly sure how tall i am.

Info on the routine:
I will be following this routine for 4 weeks, i will show you my results at the end of these 4 weeks.
4 weeks=28 days!

Days Left = 28

Routine:
Wake up in the morning: 10 push up's.
Put on sweat pants and sweater.
Jog for at least 5 miles!
Go inside, get a drink of water.
Now, go into my garage(workout system there)
Bench Press100 pounds 10x5
Dead Weight 40 pounds 10x5
Pull ups, 10x5
1,000 jump ropes
Should end at around 11:00, depends on when i wake up.

Go inside and rest untill around 5:00
At 5:00 jog a mile, then go inside the garage, and do
Shoulder Shrugs, 45 pounds, 10x5
Bench Press100 pounds 10x5
1,00 jump ropes
500 sit ups

Done for the day, go inside and wash up.

Welcome to the forums. Have you done much running or lifting before? If not, you might want to pace yourself a little more gently, such as by doing only 1 session per day (or making the second session something gentler like riding a bike) and alternating between lifting and running each day, rather than trying to tackle both each day. It'll be safer this way...and safety means you're more likely to make it to the end of the 28 day period, and beyond ;)
