Josh's quest for body

Well here goes the journal that will record my weekly progress. I guess some entries will be longer than others. hopefully keeping track of myself in here will motivate me to stay on the wagon.

as of 5 days ago I:

weighed in at 142 Lbs
w/ 9% bfr

I've been to the gym 4 times since

2 days of weights and 2 days of cardio (6 mile run on the treadmill and 1 mile on an eliptical both days).

I've started taking whey again, about 2 shakes per day. 1 after a workout and the other 3 or 4 hours later.
Eating as normal as my schedule permits me to (something I really need to work on)

I'll post results in 2 days. I figure once a week I will record my progress.
