congratulations on starting your diary!!
I find it is really helpful to write everything down...that makes you realize how long the list gets and where you can improve.
And like you wrote the temptation of blueberry cake will be gone and I am sure the icecream won't last that much longer...you already didn't have any the second day and you went to the gym- that's good!
Keep it up and you'll get there:)
 
Spooky, your measurements are almost exactly like mine, only my abdomen is slightly smaller and hips slightly bigger.

i just wanted to give you a heads up on these great fudge bars . there called skinny cow on the front. it has a cow on the front. well anyways they sell fudge bars there huge and there very low in calories and fat and they satisfy my craving for chocolate and ice cream. they also have a knew sundae cup out that is also low in fat. try them i think they will help!!!!!!!!
