I have painful hips, knees and ankles all caused by being overweight. I have a great deal of weight to lose so am taking it a chunk at a time so as not to find it too daunting. It will take a heck of a long time, because I have found to my cost (financial as well as well-being) that crash dieting isn't for me. I lose the weight OK but put it all back on rapidly when I start to eat healthily. So its slow but sure for me now. Low fat, low carb and exercise. Hope to get some motivation on here

Buy a balance board if you really want to loose your weight fast.. it is very effective tool.. no doubt it is bit difficult to create a balance on these tool but once you create balance on it, they will give you a fit body with great balance as well. so buy a balance board for effective and fast fitness.

Get Planner, Set your goal both on your diet and routine exercise-consistency is the key, you may also try it is an all natural anti inflammatory, if your joint pains are caused by joint inflammation. Taking Omega 3 either from your diet or supplement will help reduce the inflammation on your joints... For your routine exercise start slow and consistent, don't over do it to prevent further joint pains.
