If you already thin, on my opinion the best choice for you - TBW type of training.
That will give you possibility to raise the general phisicall condition of your body.

I think you should ask instructor, you should tell him/her all about your health, diet, generally about you (if you have any injuries etc.) and basing on that he/she can prepare a plan for you.
Remember that excercise is just one thing, the other is healthy eating! I mean if you spend 2 hours in gym and after that you eat pizza it won't help in anything.
That is why first talk to instructor and stick to that plan!!
